Mike Fentress, PGA Professional, is a Tidewater native born in Norfolk, VA. He is a graduate of Kempsville High School and received his Bachelor in Science from Old Dominion University in 1987. While attending college he turned professional while working for Andy Giles at Kempsville Meadows at age 19. Mike was then elected to PGA membership in 1987 at age 23. Through his 21 years as a Golf Professional Mike's passion has always been to help a golfer become a better player. He has successfully taught all ages the game of golf.
Michelle Holmes, our assistant professional offers golf instruction with a Irish flare. Michelle, is a graduate from Campbell University were she played on the Ladies Golf Team. She is an acomplished player as well as an excellent teacher. Michelle is from Ireland were golf has a deep trandition. Michelle like to help ladies get started and successful in golf.
Tom Holmes, has been the assistant golf professional at Bow Creek since 2000. Tom was in charge of the parks and recreation dept junior golf camps. Tom excels in giving private lessons, playing lessons and small group clinics. Whether you are a biginner or a seasoned veteran, Tom is available to help in all you instructional needs.
